the word "resourceful"
.....Hello Saskia, you are being completely logical when you use the word "resourceful" to mean "full of resources". After all the ending "ful" is just a form of "full". Therefor logically speaking "resourceful" would seem to refer to a place that was full of resources. However, as we know, languages are not always logical. For some reason the word "resourceful" is only used to describe persons and is not used to describe places. If I look in my English to Spanish dictionary under "resourceful", I find "adj inventivo, ingenioso", adjectives which can not refer to a place. If I look in my regular English dictionary under "resourceful" the first meaning given is "full of resources", unfortunately this is misleading, since the dictionary doesn't explain that it refers to persons that are full of resources.
.....I guess that there is a slight chance I am wrong in the sense that somewhere at some time the word "resourceful" was considered correct for referring to places. However, I asked another English speaking person if he had ever seen "resourceful" used as you used it, and he agreed with me that he did not think it could be used in that way.
.....To sum up: a person can be "resourceful" but a place can only be "full of resources".

Thank you for this explanation, Michael. Now in connection with that site, what word would you use to mean that that page is full of resorces (for people to learn Spanish?)

I made a "collocations" search with the word "resourceful" and of course, as you said, I could not find even a single word that is not connected to people that collocates with RESOURCEFUL. Here are some examples of collocations.

Por eso, diría "...the site which is full of resources for people who wish to learn Spanish..."
