Hi Helike!!!
Dear Noxe,
you made some small mistakes, which I corrected in red. REMEMBER: in English all the sentences MUST HAVE A SUBJECT (we don't need it in Spanish, but you cannot omit the subject in English, ever!) That's why I added some "it" to your sentences. For instance in this sentence "....basketball, I enjoyed ____ a lot" , if the thing you enjoyed a lot was"basketball" you need to write "it" in that space, if you want to say that you had a great time playing basketball, you can also say "I enjoyed myself a lot" (disfrutaba mucho jugando basketball).
In this sentence * I don't quite understand what you want to say. If you want to say "tenia mucha practica" I suggest you say " I was good at basketball/playing basketball". If you wanted to say "he practicado basketball" you should say " I have practiced (or practiSed, in British English).
Handball is ok
I hope it helps! Bye bye!
Hi Saskia,
Thank you for taking your time checking my sentences.
1.- I wanted to say :I enjoyed basketball a lot, and also I enjoyed myself, because I had a great time when I used to play.
2.- I was good at basketball because I was a good player.
thanks

Hi noxe, greetings from Ireland.
I cannot think of a context in which "Dear Sir. I am writing to you regarding to...."
would be grammatically correct.
Prefixes are a grey area in/of grammar in both English and Spanish,
that, has been my experience.
You can write... "Dear Sir. I am writing to you with regard to....(something)".
Or, you can write... "Dear Sir. I am writing to you regarding what we discussed at our last meeting (as an example)".
I hope it helps.

Hi noxe and Cirillo,
I'm from Dublin like Cirrillo says.
Noxe...
Perhaps it would be better if you write the question again. Have only one subject for each question and that will make both the question and the answer easier to understand.
